| Customer Reviews: Europe is still behind March 14, 2010 E5ter (Amsterdam) I love my Kindle for the reasons of:
carrying a lot of books with little weight
using Instapaper to read my blogs
being able to highlight stuff
But I don't like it that:
In Europe where I live I cannot use my wifi internet!!
I can buy LESS books than in the USA
I cannot subscribe to blogs or newspapers...
:-(
I hope Amazon will fix this asap.
Easy reading March 14, 2010 I. K. Innes I am in a radio semi-dead spot so getting new titles can be a bind, but after repositioning Kindle OK. Not for use by technophobes, driving it might be easier! On my fourth book no problems other than one that was soon fixed by the support team over the phone(finger trouble).

Dan's review on Kindle Book March 14, 2010 Daniel L. Hughes (Marysville, WA USA) I bought this for my wife, and she just loves it. The Kindle book was a great purchase.

I don't know why I was so hesitant to buy a Kindle. But, I can tell you now that I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE my Kindle. It goes everwhere with me. My only complaint is that I didn't buy one sooner.
Hurray for technology! March 14, 2010 Mark B. Mueller (New Jersey) 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
The Kindle is one of the few technological advances that has truly made life easier and more enjoyable. I love to read, and my Kindle has made my reading experience lighter, more convenient, less expensive, and added classics to my library that wouldn't have been there otherwise. It lets me read anywhere I could read a book, I don't have to visit a bookstore to get a new book, and if I'm on the train when I finish my book I can get a new one in seconds. And when I do have time, I enjoying searching Amazon for new books, reading reviews, seeing what's new, what's popular, and (ahem...) what's free.
Sure there are things I'd change, chiefly that I can't lend a book to a friend who has a Kindle. My wife and I both have Kindles, so we can share with one another by using the same account, but that leads to a confusing recommendations. And while $9.99 is a fair price for the Kindle edition of a new hardback, it really ought to be scheduled price reductions, so you'd have an equivalent to the decision "I'll wait for the paperback".
I love my Kindle. Save a tree, read a Kindle. Physical books are to reading as vinyl records are to music. Welcome to the future!
